No. The assistant only answers from knowledge you have reviewed and approved. When a question is not covered, it says so plainly and offers to take an enquiry or hand the conversation to your team, instead of guessing.
What happens when it cannot answer a question?
It switches to capturing a complete enquiry: the visitor’s name, contact details, their question, and the page they were on. Your team is notified and can reply by email or continue in live chat.
